Your Questions Will Be Answered

We understand that your first visit to a doctors office can be intimidating, so we work very hard to make sure you are not only comfortable, but also completely at ease with your appointment, the paperwork, your insurance coverage, and your chiropractor.

We understand that your appointment begins with the phone call to our office. When you call to schedule an appointment we will make sure that your appointment is scheduled at a time that is convenient for you. Our team is very knowledgeable regarding insurance coverages, and limitations, and they will be able to answer any questions you have before, during, or after your appointment.

It is necessary to complete some initial paperwork prior to seeing the doctor. However, we have made this easier by making those forms available to you, here on our website, for you to be able to download and complete at home prior to your visit. After your information and health history has been entered into electronic medical records software, we will escort you to an examination room to get some additional health information and record your vitals. We will then let your doctor know that all of your information has been entered and you are ready to be seen.

Chiropractic Education

The first order of business for your chiropractor will be to review all of the information that has been entered. He will then ask you some additional, more problem-focused questions, to begin determining what may be the cause of your symptoms. He will then proceed with an examination, consisting of various orthopedic and neurological tests, as well as actually putting his hands on the muscles of your back, feeling for muscle guarding, spasms, and/or loss of range of motion. Not all, but most patients will require x-rays taken of the region of complaint. If you have recent x-rays please bring them with you.

After your exam, and x-rays if needed, you will be escorted back up the front desk for check out. At this time we will schedule your second visit.
